Paul Hudson President Paul Hudson has been a ground breaking public interest advocate for over 30 years: In the 1970s in energy and utility policy (as attorney for the NY Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG)), in the 1980s for crime victim rights (as chief attorney for the NY Crime Victims Board), in the 1990s to 2012 for air travelers and terrorist victims (leading the Pan Am 103/Lockerbie bombing victim family organization and the Aviation Consumer Action Project (ACAP)). He is a longtime member the FAAs Aviation Rulemaking Advisory Committee (1993-present) representing the public and advising the FAA on air safety regulation, and the FAA/TSA Aviation Security Advisory Committee (1997-2007). From 2001 to 2013, he represented victims of lengthy tarmac confinements in a series of court cases.
